Swapped some bitcoin to tether the total amount I traded was 0.08798 btc to usdt. The amount sent in dollars worked out at the current exchange rate $2378.48. The amount I received was $2303.73. So they made $74.75. This amount is absolutely scandalous!

changelly makes business with Coinomi together. When you change BTC to XMR on coinomi you never see XMR in the Coinomi Wallet. I lost my Money. I think both Companys wos scammer.Update October 5, 2023Changelly tries to have the review deleted.Many people don't want to hear the truth.I can prove that I never received the money from Conomi after the exchange.5 queries at Conomi answered with standard text.Dear Changelly team, just read the reviews about Coinomi here, there are many such incidents.

A timely refund. I had sent some crypto to the wrong address Changelly. My reaction was, I'm not ever going to see my funds again. I was wrong. Support was very understanding, to be frank, they were awesome! They escalated my issue immediately, after I provided some information. I can't believe I received my refund the following week.
