I had to get rid of my NEXO tokens since they stopped providing services to US customers. Some sites and apps wanted ~$15 in fees to exchange my measly $33 in NEXO. Changelly let me exchange the NEXO to LTC for only $2. It was fast, and simple, and it worked.In case anyone is suspicious about the reviews here (like I was, and like you should be for all crypto), they have so many reviews because they prompt you to leave a review after you complete a transaction. But the service was actually good, so there's nothing wrong with that imo.

I was making a transfer from one wallet to another using Changelly, Changelly always provide a new Changelly Address for new transaction, I mistakenly use my past changelly address from where the transfer was coming from, panic came to me when I realize the error I made, I contacted Changelly support team and immediately were on top of my inquiry, the matter was resolved within few hours with their team and the funds where transferred in the right recepient. Awesome Service ! and Very Greatful on the outcome ! Thank you Changelly.

Transactions always went right until I sent the wrong tokens. I asked refund for the wrong sent tokens, but did not receive them yet. Why does this take so long?

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I've had with Changelly. I provided all the required documents, including KYC and proof of funds, for a withdrawal of 100k USDT. It has now been three weeks, and my company's wallet remains unusable. Despite multiple follow-ups, the compliance team has not responded. This situation is unacceptable. If we do not receive a response within 15 days, we will be forced to initiate legal action to resolve this issue.
