Customer service was excellent. I had a transaction fail and got concerned. Reached out to Changelly and found out the fixed rate had changed during the exchange, so that was the only reason the transaction didn't go through. I contacted customer service and they replied to me in literally 60 seconds with a solution. They resolved the transaction and I received my funds right away. Solid customer service for sure.

Cambié btc a aproximadamente 49000$ por usdt, después iba a cambiar usdt por btc cuando btc estaba a aproximadamente 46000$ y aún y con esa bajada de btc el resultado final me salía como si hubiera perdido un valor de aproximadamente 300$ si btc siguiera valiendo 49000$, en resumen vendiendo caro y comprando casi a 3000$ menos tenia menos btc que al principio. Unas tasas absolutamente abusivas...

Хороший обменник. Не могу сказать чего-то особенного потому пользовался всего пол года и то не часто. Проблем с выводом не было, а вот комиссии мне кажется конские, хотя они везде сейчас такие. В целом неплохой сервис, можно пользоваться.
