В целом отличная платформа! Я бы даже сказал идеальная, если не считать отзывов про вывод средств. Мне бы хотелось, чтобы они внесли какие-то изменения и улучшили качество обслуживания клиентов в этом смысле. В остальном мне всё нравится.

Do not use this service for any funds that have been earned with mining. If you do wave them goodby, they will lock them up and just ask for bank and exchange docs over and over again for evidence as to how you got the coins.Update: locking funds and essentially blackmailing customers under threat of holding the funds while hiding behind a shotgun type AML and KYC policy is not for the protection of ANYONE short of your bottom line. How about you ask for that stuff up front not after you can threaten customers with hostage funds?And train your staff so they actually give informed and coherent answers with all the relevant information in it?No one here is arguing against KYC and AML policy. We are pissed about the way your "company" is going about it.Stop hiding behind "safety purposes" acknowledged that you guys are doing it in a very predatory way and change it. It's not that hard!
