Поскольку ждать неопределённое количество времени меня не устраивало, я воспользовался предложенным вариантом и попросил оформить возврат.
Однако после этого обменный пункт заявил, что мои средства уже были обменены, и при этом сообщил, что выплатит их мне опять же в течение срока до 72 часов.
То есть сначала мне предложили возврат в случае, если меня не устраивает длительное ожидание, но когда я попросил вернуть средства, оказалось, что возврат уже невозможен, поскольку средства якобы обменены. При этом результат обмена я также до сих пор не получил.
Считаю подобные действия некорректными по отношению к клиенту. Фактически после 12 часов ожидания я не получил ни обмен, ни возврат средств, а обменный пункт продолжает ссылаться на срок до 72 часов.
