Swapzone is an instant-exchange aggregator: you pick a pair, and it lists offers from dozens of swap providers side by side with their rates, minimums and user ratings, so you can compare before committing rather than opening each service in turn.

Each offer comes as either a fixed rate, which locks the amount you receive, or a floating rate, which is usually better but moves until the swap settles. The exchange itself is performed by the provider you choose, not by Swapzone, so their limits and their support desk are what you deal with if a swap stalls.
