In my experince, ChangeNow is a great company with great customer service and have always been honest and secure. Sometimes, the exchanging may take a little longer to go through, depending on rates and the network but they keep their word and every order gets fulfilled. They even offer incentive for every transaction that takes place using their service if you have an account with them. This is one place I'll be going to from now on.

3 days later and im still waiting for Changenow.io to refund money that they shouldnt have had in the first place. Ive never had such shocking service. They have strung me along for 3 days and still cannot resolve a simple issue. Very incompetent. I do not recommend them at all. We must have exchanged over 50 emails where they repeatedly ask for the same thing. Unfortunately internetmoney.io uses them for their swapping. I think they will lose them a lot of customers.
