This is my first and last post. Based on my experience, the customer service is fast, but the issue lies with their compliance team. I’ve had an issue with swapping my token, and it has been 34 days without a resolution. I understand that the mods aren't at fault and are sending us generic replies based on feedback from other teams, but can we speed up the process? If this continues and other customers face the same issue, I’m afraid they will lose more clients in the future. I will never use ChangeNOW again in the future.Update: Kindly check ticket #445359 on email.Jan 31, 2025- Still, my issue isn't fixed yet.

Not only was my swap very fast, there was also a drop in the token price during my transaction and the difference was added to my wallet! Amazing! I used a a dex aggregator on PulseChain called Piteas.io and they TAKE the extra amounts for themselves. Very shady! I will definitely keep using transparent and honest companies like ChangeNOW!!
