Holding my funds until the exchange rate changed in a very unfavorable direction.Several times I confirmed the exchange with support, but after a few minutes they came back with the same question: "We need your confirmation..".After that, the exchange became unprofitable for me and it took several hours to get the money back.2 stars - because the first exchange was very fast and kind. But this exchange is not worth even 1 star!

Hi,I have very bad experience in ChangeNow.io.I used ChangeNow.io much times to exchange SXP to USDT, but a week ago, exactly 27th Jan, they required KYC verification and already I uploaded all document.But they didn't accepted it and required another origin source of funds. So I uploaded document again. Finally they didn't reply and didn't accept my exchange. I would like to refund my SXP from ChangeNow.io. They stolen my money without any reason.Thank you
