I made an error on my end and the Changelly team worked for a week straight to work out my issue and make sure i was taken care of. Kept in constant contact, reassured and then delivered on their promise. Much respect to them and the sigh of relief after the process was big lol. Definitely would recommend, excellent customer service team.

my experience with Changelly left a lot to be desired. From the outdated interface to the subpar exchange rates and dismal customer support, I would strongly advise against using this platform for cryptocurrency exchanges. There are far better options available that offer a smoother and more reliable experience.
