I opened an account for small trades. Withdrew my funds and did a larger amount but when I tried to withdraw my $1000 it refused and wanted $500 more to upgrade to premium. Which I did. Now I still can’t withdraw and an email saying I need to deposit $1000 more to be able to withdraw my funds ,,, update I have reached out to support and waiting for response

if they have technical issues on the coin you sign to receive, their crappy "smart" contracts freeze the coins you sent them until 20 days before give them back. No immediate giveback, unaccettable.Stay away from these disasters/amateurs, absolutely unreliable.

I sent my DOGE for exchange, but was informed (after years of using this service) that they no longer operate in the USA. Without any warning, just hidden in their TOS.They claimed they would refund me, confirmed my wallet address, and never sent me the money. They keep saying they are working diligently to process the refund but they aren't doing anything. Use any other exchange, this one has gone downhill. USE WITH CAUTION!
