We had a strange situation where our DATA coin had not been migrated properly. Ledger Live indicated we had DATA coin in our portfolio. But in fact, it was XDATA (not migrated yet). When we went to exchange it on Changelly, it was accepted as DATA coin but returned no value because it hadn't been migrated properly. The long story is to say that Changelly went out of their way to make things right and return our XDATA. Once it was returned, we were able to successfully migrate it to DATA coin. A mistake on our part but they were able to help us get back the value of our crypto. Thank you!

I sent accidentally from polygon to erc20 i had same problems with another exchangers but they could help me with it like in 5-10minutes maximum i was able to get my money back. im asking support what to do and he be saying like "i will ask my team" im asking how long it takes he rudely saying years,months doesnt even care about my problem. not a small amount tho. what a support do u guys have? and why everyone else is possible to solve this problem and you are not ? are you scamming or taking funds for yourself? i dont see other ways there

Dis not do anything on being informed that scammers are using platform to scam individuals, protecting themselves under the justification that transferes to crypto wallets are untraceable even through there are transaction ids etc
