MY ISSUE: A ticket was created on 15th Nov 2021 because my money was stuck at this exchange, is transaction ID: ut9ksnb219lndp51, immediately contacted the team and completed the all necessary KYC and now that was successfully verified, but my money is still at this exchange, every time I message to them, they give an automated response, " Unfortunately, there are no updates yet. We will surely contact you once there are any!", Today 13th Nov 2024 I have waited now more than 3 years and now still the issue is not resolved, still AML Compliance Team are investigating the issue, I can understand if something has occurred then investigation might necessary but how many days do you take? days? months? years?. every time you are giving same and same response, I never got this rude, I requested and managed it in kind manner because I know what real things happen, but you do not understand the customer's issue and not solving it with a faster resolution, and that too AML team closing ticket# 307462 without any proper solution, every time I had to reopen it and need to ask my updates, those are my life savings and all lost and now I am facing financial issues due to this event, If you check the ticket conversations I sent more than 100 messages about this issue, fought with different exchanges, but still you are not helping me, We had good opinion your website but now it's going down due to your things, Even I can proceed legally, gathered all and collected every legal thing with my legal executive, But I want it to solve peacefully, it helps both of us. I am still waiting for your resolution instead of fighting, I will be happy to update feedback if I get my funds back.
