I have initiated a 5 ETH -> XMR transaction 2 weeks ago, and they have been holding my funds since then for "KYC/AML procedure".I have provided all information they requested, and asked for a refund ever since they held my funds.Now after much back and forth and many automated responses, I'm finally making some progress. Here's their response"Please note that the funds have already been exchanged within the ETA, therefore your transaction can only be processed.
