made a mistake in the message identifier in the exchange transaction. the transaction is stuck. the amount is significant for me, very worried. but the team corrected everything manually and the funds were returned back to the wallet. I was looking for a way to buy in on some altcoins and I came accross Changelly. They are awesome I was able to swap ETH for the altcoins I was looking for. A real treasure of a site. No more failed searching for exchanges that don't hold the coins i need!

Through a mistake in the coin withdrawal process it took a while to send an amount to the exchange service, the floating rate after that time could be better. Support answers, it's ok.
