1/29/2021I have used Changelly for about 3 days now and have been screwed out of a decent exchange. Funny bcuz my my other 2 exchanges weren't so great and went through just fine.I had tried to exchange 0.00444189 Bitcoin to dogecoin, back when it was 1 bitcoin = ~1,588,000 Doge, everything seemed fine until I watched my clock pass the 30min mark, then the 1 hour mark,and so on. Its been 3 f***ing days and still says "Exchanging BTC to DOGE". So today I did a smaller exchange between bitcoin and doge and it goes through in less than 30mins flawlessly, I was pleasantly surprised when i saw the Doge in my wallet in the correct amount, keep in mind bitcoin to doge was 1 = ~675,000. :(I have now missed the peak of doge, $0.08, and still have the majority of my doge tied up in a froze exchange. I missed out on any sizeable profits due to their own garbage exchange service. Do not use these guys to exchange any kind of coin, it'll only frustrate you beyond belief.I have submitted 3+ complaints and have still heard nothing back. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. 0/10 screwed me over and is still holding my coins.I'll keep this complaint updated throughout the days on my experience with customer service. IF they ever reply.2/1/2021After multiple emails and giving them my hash along with screenshots of my transaction ID and my exchange saying "Received deposit, waiting for exchange" nothing has been done to complete my transaction and i have received nothing. Dogecoin has now crashed and the exchange is useless. Im out about $700 in profit and $150 in bitcoin.NEVER USE CHANGELLY!!GET A BINANCE.US ACCOUNT AND AVOID ALL OF THIS.

Fees appear to be extra high and unable to really check. After transferring funds from USDC to Nexo I lost about 10%. Happy to supply Transaction ID. However they did have fast and real customer service when I chatted with one the other night.After viewing the reply, yes Changelly is extra high with fees, I've paid up to 10% for the 'convenience' but will make sure I don't use them again.

There is no KYC nonsense to deal with and the support is actually really nice and the wait time on replies is very low. Its the ONLY good customer support i have experienced all week.The person I spoke with was Zoe and later Alex. Also they actually speak English and I don't have to guess if they understood me or not - unlike the binance support which just says "I see" when they don't understand.Overall a very good experience.

When you want to make a change due to new Government policies and regulations. Do not let people send money, and then look for them. Maybe if there is an extra ID for all the ones who are not used to that. This ID would be probably better put a bit above destination address. It saves hassle me and many more people, never mind your experts on the phones!

Changelly was recommended to me to make an exchange of one digital currency to another, which I did, but being a relative newby to the game, I made a bad choice and thought my transaction was lost forever. Resigned to that fact, I contacted the support department and through a series of emails, they righted the wrong. I cannot express my appreciation enough - not only for fixing the problem, but also for the politeness and courtesy and patience they had with me. Thank you again!
