When the transaction was halted due to an admin error on my part, the Changelly support team noticed the problem less than an hour after the transaction initiated, emailed me directly to request more information and corrected the issue. The transaction went through in no time after that. Additionally, when I asked how to correct the problem in the future, the Changelly team realized there was a bug in the app, notified the engineers and pushed an update -- again, all within an hour. After the update, the support team once again contacted me directly thanking me for reporting the bug and advised me to update my app to prevent any confusion in the future. Amazing customer service and such an inexpensive way to purchase crypto! Extremely satisfied!

Not sure whether the fees came from them or from Indiacoin, but got the coins into wallet within 25 mins. Happy with service but fees might be a problems in future.

Changelly calculated the amount of decred I would receive as being 1 GBP = 0.08949953... Their calculation gave me 20.94988473 DCR at that rate... I calculate at the current price approximately £8.95 = 1DCR... I should expect to receive for 1 GBP = 0.1118568 when in fact at the current exchange rate/ price of Decred is actually £8.95...Therefore I should have expected to have received 26.286353 DCR from them ... minus their fees (which they advertise as 0.25% service fee.) of course. I calculate that my £235.00 purchase of DCR from them has cost me £48 ... This cannot be correct...I contacted them on their help page, but found after leaving a detailed complaint/ message about the £48 cost of my transaction...I was logged out and couldn't log back in using my e-mail and password...So I'm leaving this review as a warning to others today.

The most important thing is the speed of exchange. This service is fast. I recommend to everyone who needs to make an exchange and is too lazy to register on the exchange.
