Went to do a trade of XRP to Nexo tokens and forgot to add the special code so the Nexo tokens never showed up in my Nexo wallet. Contacted Changelly by chat and working with them I was able to recover the Nexo tokens. I was impressed by there prompt responses and the fact they were able to recover all the lost Nexo tokens saving me from losing $1,300. I highly recommend their services.

Had a failed transaction, and didn't know exactly why. Used their chat service and got a response within a minute, they were able to quickly (within a couple minutes) resolve my issue and process my transaction, and again a couple minutes later the funds were in my wallet. The fees are more than reasonable for the ease-of-use and timeliness of the site/service.

Works great, round trip only took minutes. Expensive though, since you must include service fees from the outgoing platform as well as Changelly transaction fee. Best for self hosted assets?

I have to say I had a great experience and I want to leave a great review this is no fake review it is not automated. I’ve been a Changelly customer since 2016 or 2017 and I’m pretty sure their support team grew bigger but I have never ran into any issues with any transaction until 2 weeks ago forgetting to copy the Memo ID and I am very glad that I reached out to support because they helped me with my transaction by doing it manually yes we all make mistakes we are all human no one is perfect. I am so relieved that i received the transaction and it is actually in my wallet now. Their team did such an amazing job and it is much appreciated. I don’t know how they did it but I just wanted to say Changelly is the best and will be the best no matter how much negativity people say about changelly it is all about patience, kindness and understanding. Very great service and the coolest support team. Nice job!

i am extremely satisfied with the service of Changelly. I placed an order a while back but didn't finish it right away and decided to finish it yesterday...the payment was approved and taken from my wallet but the Nexo transaction failed. So i contacted them and found that Nexo price had went up so that amount couldn't be done for how little i paid. So i asked for my money back. But instead they offered to approve it manually to avoid fees sending my btc back... ive worked with many exchanges and wallets and have never had such a fast response or satisfying solution like i did with Changelly. Definitely a happy customer! The support was enough to make want to continue to do buisness with them.
