I am new to crypto and was not aware that when you make a transaction (send/receive) a Memo is NOT just a message you write/description about the transaction. It's a passkey both the sender and receiver use to confirm the transaction. I used a memo when sending but did not use a memo for the receiving wallet, so the transaction did not succeed. A few hundred dollars was lost, but I messaged support and they got it fixed really quickly.

I was in a need to quickly exchange some of my cryptos to another crypto. As you can guess.. in the world of crypto every second count. A quick google search throw in some names and Changelly pops up. Gave it a shot and I've got to say, that was the best decision that I've made. Experience wise for me was top notch. Like any other transactions in crypto everything is scary.. god know whether the address was right the, note is there, memo is included , quantity is correct, and more.. This is where Changelly shines.. literally from step a to z it's all well presented. Mind you it's for 6 different cryptos that I need to work with, and Changelly takes considerable effort to provide for me what is needed on an easy to follow web form for each crypto type. I love the most, the transactions/ledger activity/payment stages being shown real time once you've executed the exchange order.. It's so assuring using Changelly as my crypto to crypto exchange. Thanks for the awesomely pleasant experience guys.

Clunky UX/UI experience from the mobile version of Changelly led to my transaction getting frozen. Was told by their customer support team they would need to manually process the transaction. Impossible to get a hold of anyone via email, so relying on the live chat representatives where I am met with passive-aggressive and condescending representatives. Every time i contact them the time period it is going to take extends and all they can say is we are overloaded. Terrible. Never again.EDIT: They contacted me on here with no follow-up after providing information to them they asked for. Past the 7 day working-day window quoted by them. One representative said the transaction had been approved by "upper-level" just spoke with a representative today saying they're still working on it and they are overloaded, again. No resolution on my funds still. Conflicting and obviously confused customer support.

Am a trade noob and bought some tron that isn't on coinbase. Changelly only way to do this. Was worried I would lose the btc in the transfer, but great. No problem. Good job
