I was using the changelly web version for quite some time now and recently decided to try it on the IOS. The app is pretty solid. Functionality is almost the same as for the PC version. Everybody knows how hard it is to find a decent app in the crypto world but these guys really made a good one. Nice!

Today I used the service the first time.After i sent 180 DASH to change in BTC i got a message that it will be marked as "hold" because the transfer showed up as suspicous. I mean that it is suspicous to take MONEY from other people, block it and work with it. I expect nothing more that my DASH back to my account. Make it more userfriendly like "Your amount is to high. Please fill out our KYC before you proceed".....something like that. I waited 5 hours before I posted this review. ThanksUPDATE 12. Septembre 2021STILL no refund.Its hard to see that the Cryptoscene still attracts such SCAMs like Changelly.ANSWER on my message to just send back to my sending adress:"Dear ....,Unfortunately, the client’s funds cannot be released before all the documents and proofs, required to complete the KYC procedure will be provided.Upon successful completion of the AML & KYC verification, your transaction that was put on Hold will be processed.Security & Anti-crime Department,------------What a nice copy paste Job. Im getting tired and let the Hong Kong Police doing their Job. Of course you can release "funds" which are "suspicous" back to their sending adress. And NO...your nice App is never asking you about KYC. It seems you guys never tried to run it.STAY away from them.UPDATE 14.09They have fake profiles posting their positive experience with them on trustpilot.There is no chance to get your Coins back BUT i already opened a case with the Hong Kong Cyber Police. Link are ot allowed here. Use google type in Hong Kong Police then choose e-report center. They re nice.

Was a little skeptical at first about the service based on new and developing technology... Actually I was very skeptical and waited over a whole year before making an exchange wirh Changelly! Since my first transaction with Changelly i have never expirienced a single major problem. The swaps were quick (only one took more than 15 minutes to proceed). They always add a lot of new coins to the list, and it is very cool way to learn more about different altcoins, so i defenetely reccomend it to everyone looking for a new platform to exchange crypto.
