I used it many times but then suddenly after I initiated a transaction I am forced to do KYC and I cannot abort the transaction. Okay.. now I am forced to give my passport and my details without any way of retrieving my money back. I do that reluctantly, and then it breaks. I have to contact security to try to receive my money. I still haven't received any answer or my money.

First time I used Changelly a year and a half ago and I didn't quite like it. Transaction i made took thirty minutes and i forhot about them completely for a while. But two days ago i used them again and boy did they improve! The swap was way faster, they added a lot of small cool features with the texts. It is great to see that the company works on the privious mistakes
