I ran into an issue where I was converting ARRR to XRP. The payment went through from my Pirate wallet, but wasn't showing up on the Changelly transaction. I got a bit concerned so I contacted the Changelly support team. The acted quickly and attended to my questions. However, they could not find the any outputs in this hash as well as no addresses that are connected to Changelly.They escalated the issue and an hour later contacted me to agree to the current rates and transaction fees and manually processed my transaction.Amazing support Changelly Support Team. Keep it up!
