I was very confused by a transaction involving Moonpay, which showed up on my bank account with no contact information, showing I had purchased a "Malta Debit Card." Changelly was able to reach out to Moonpay, who responded to Changelly immediately. I had the email from Moonpay, but I couldn't get an answer from them. Changelly cleared things up very well!
