there are so many limitations for Latino America in the different exchanges you guys make it so easy for us to reach coins that other way would be so hard to get, with extreme ease and decentralization as it should be, not decentralization for some and then totally close for others and full of walls so thank you so much ! big fan!

Was changing eth to bnb but made the mistake of putting something in the memo on the bnb wallet detail as if it were a note or a comment when my bnb wallet actually says "no memo needed." My mistake made my transaction fail. So I was told to contact customer service and they started answering in less than 10 seconds of my first cry for help, told me exactly what went wrong, what a memo was for a bnb wallet and got the transaction to work. The are very helpful, especially to a newer crypto enthusiast like me. I highly recommend!

Been doing bussiness with them for years , a week ago i tried to make an excnage witch went faulty on my side, talked to the customer service they refunded me after a week.. awesome app and team id give a 5 but if it was an instant refund ! :)

Update:Changelly responded quickly and although some responses were frustrating, eventually, they took some responsibility (not in a tangible way ie reversing the fee) in terms of taking on feedback and I hope the widget will get updated. They were responsive which is positive.-----------I wouldn't recommend this platform because fees charged by Changelly are not transparent. Customers be aware that hidden in the terms of use is an additional 0.25% Changelly fee. The widget is misleading in suggesting only the network fee would be deducted from the transfer amount when actually a further fee will be too so be mindful that if you need to transfer a particular amount, it will be lower than shown on the widget.The transaction went through in a fairly straightforward way but ended up with a lower amount than needed by a marginal amount and therefore did not qualify for rewards (the whole purpose of doing the transaction) and Changelly don't seem to accept responsibility that they charge a fee which is not made transparent.

Even after I screwed up and didn't follow the guidelines for executing a clean transaction, the support team quickly resolved the issue and now I won't be losing money to the block chain blackhole. Great customer support.

Got an email this morning from Changelly about buying Monero with there site. I have had a Changelly acct for quite awhile. I have used it in the past with mixed results. I logged on and entered an order to trade some BTC for Monero. It works with a minimum of fuss. I will be using them again based on this recent experience.
