I recently used Changelly through the Tangem Wallet to swap Render (RNDR) tokens for USDC. While my RNDR tokens were sent, I never received the USDC I was supposed to get. After contacting their support team, I was asked to provide KYC documents, which I did, but they still refuse to refund my tokens.It seems this is a common issue, as many others have reported similar problems online. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of resolution and transparency, and I advise caution when using this platform.

I converted my bitcoin into ethereum and now the AML/compliance team is refusing to send me my crypto as apparently invoices, copies of transactions, my passport and identity verification and my bank statements lack in proof. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE VERY VERY DIFFICULT AND YOU MAY NOT GET YOUR MONEY.
