Honesty i don't know where to start, long story short i was a very new user to this app. I started making small conversions at first and they were all successful, however I did make a couple of mistakes which resulted in my transactions getting stuck because I was reusing the same address to send BTC. I had around 16k dollars stuck in two transactions and I was so afraid that I was going to lose my funds. BUT when I contacted the support team with my transactions ID, they helped me right away( 10/5 for customer service experince). I had heard alot about scams and people losing their money trying to buy crypto online but changlly proved them all wrong. They fixed both of my stuck transactions for me within 2 days ( really appreciate it guys). Anyway all I want to say that these are ligit, they are trustworthy, helpful, knowledgeable and on top of all of that they are supportive if you make a mistake. This goes to whoever is going to use this app, trust them if you make a mistake ask for help and be patient they do their best and Honesty it better than any other bank or financial institution that I have dealt with before.To the changlly team, thank you for creating this service, I cannot say enough good thing about you guys, and I hope, wish and pray that your company is in business for the longest time possible so that I can come and use the service, you guys saved my life by helping me convert and move my funds.
