I transferred around $152K worth of tokens through Changelly, completed the identity verification process successfully, and yet my transaction was placed on hold. Unfortunately, it remained unresolved for four weeks despite my efforts. Finally, I reached out to their Discord support.Transaction ID: 8s3yznc9b2w3gsjDiscord: changelly_helpdesk_96910_UpdateI successfully completed the process by attesting ownership & signing my wallet, which was used for the token transfers as requested in the Discord, and I also updated the required AML details. After that, everything went smoothly. However, I encountered an issue with Changelly, as they didn’t recognize my transaction ID, even though they were the ones who generated it initially. This raises concerns about their accountability and customer support. It’s disappointing to see a lack of transparency, and as a result, I’m hesitant to use their services again in the future.

I promptly provided. Then, they wanted more info such as source of funds, bank statements, ect. I sent them an email which showed them that it had been in my trust wallet. I refused to send any further information since it might be a scam sadly. Why would anyone go to a DEX and have to provide any of this info?Then I got a notice that they do not operate in my region, USA, at the moment and to look at their Terms and Conditions. They operated here back in 2020-2022 when I last used them. Strangely, there are positive reviews on this site which state that the user is located in US. (fake reviews?)I had gone to other sites, such as KUCOIN, and was immediately notified on their site that they do not operate in my region. Why did Changelly.com have me send my crypto to them?They said they would be refunding it to me after their management approved it. It would take 5 to. 7 business days. Yet, they are available 24/7 per their site. Why would it take them 5-7 business days to return my crypto?This is clearly a scam to steal my crypto. DO NOT USE. I have also reported this on scams-alert.io along with the receiving addresses for my crypto************Update 12/16: I contacted scams-alert.io and they reached out to Changelly. It’s unfortunate that one has to go to publicize problems before getting any action from Changelly. They did refund my crypto.

I did quickly the AML/KYC, sent them all transactions as a CSV File of my trezor wallet to show ownership of my mines BTC. First quite fast responsive, but now they respond slowly although one can see, that the BTC come in step by step by 0.1btc.I did one time a lending which was immediately returned back, which one can clearly see. I am so pissed off with this.Unlock the funds or return the funds back to my wallet!

I’ve been waiting for over 1.5 years for a refund on a transaction (hsmmmo94eqfj45js) that has been stuck in the review process. Despite being patient and understanding throughout the entire process, I have received no meaningful updates or resolution from the company. I’ve received nothing but vague promises and delays since then.The company has continuously asked me to wait longer, even though the issue has already dragged on for an unacceptable amount of time. After reaching out multiple times and being met with silence or generic responses, it’s clear that they have no intention of addressing my case fairly or promptly.I am now forced to make my experience public in hopes of getting some resolution. If the situation is resolved I will gladly update or remove this review. However, I strongly caution anyone considering using this service.

I was recommended the app through a friend and I was very impressed with the experience. Very easy to use and clearly explained. I would recommend this app to anyone who is new to the crypto world!

I see Changelly have fired up the A.I. and oozed out yet another soulless cookie-cutter response to my review of their brazen thievery when exchanging crypto. I suspect they have criminal cliques working inside their company with all sorts of scams for shearing unsuspecting clients. Not that they are officially bothered in the least as the whole thing is set up in a way that they can take/freeze/deny your funds anytime, and in anyway that suits them. The fact that they do not ask for all the KYC & AML proofs when signing up for an account shows that they only wish to lure victims into their web before greedily springing the trap! And no, you forked-tongue guttersnipes, I won't be contacting support as I have already been in contact with 'support' and have had nothing but robotic dirge vomited back in reply. You quite simply are not trustworthy enough to warrant handing over any more personal details.
