Reseñas sobre la casa de cambio de criptomonedas Changelly

Was a little skeptical at first about the service based on new and developing technology... Actually I was very skeptical and waited over a whole year before making an exchange wirh Changelly! I've been looking for a seamless way to purchase XRP since most exchanges delisted it and Changelly delivered and made that possible. I was very surprised with the low fee rate and decided to "take the plunge!" A quick, easy, and hassle free transaction overall. Thank you.

Since my first transaction with Changelly i have never expirienced a single major problem. The swaps were quick (only one took more than 15 minutes to proceed). They always add a lot of new coins to the list, and it is very cool way to learn more about different altcoins, so i defenetely reccomend it to everyone looking for a new platform to exchange crypto.

Wanted to buy crypto with GEL and didn't see the option to do so, and i decided to contact support. They answered almost immediately and guided me through the whole process. Marceline was friendly and professional, answered all of my silly questions. In the end I was able to do what i wanted and even the language barrier (english is not my mother tongue) wasn't that bad

I am not a crypto pro, this was the easiest process ever! I was super nervous about doing the transaction but it was seamless! Thanks for making something complicated so simple, Changelly.

Used them several times, never had a problem until trading for btc several transactions with 25$ less btc then quoted! Suggest using locked in rate so you don't get scammed! I checked rates after transaction and they were the same quotes as original, but some how i got scammed out of 25$ several times. Here are a few Transaction id's m165nshqwrz5haaj, s3ycldld59zr42ey.

I spent three months trying to figure out how to buy Theta in the United States through a LLC. I had created a Theta wallet at that time. Finally tried Changelly. Went from by BTC account at Kraken right to my Theta Wallet!! So simple yet scary since it was my first trade outside of an exchange. I am very happy with Changelly.

Habe ETH für BTC getauscht/traded und genau 30% weniger als ich hätte erhalten sollen bekommen, es war zwar keine große Menge (62€) aber dennoch ist dies vollkommen inakzeptabel.

Because of a technical error on their part it caused them to use an older BTC key of mine from the week earlier. Because the BTC didn't go to the wallet I thought it should I thought they sent the coins to the wrong address. They worked a month almost on my issue until they found a time when I had used the key before. It was an older one for my KeepKey which I don't look at because I HODL there. Anyhow they worked even after I accused them of taking the coins to figure out what happened. I owe Changelly an apology and thank you for working so hard for that long to figure it out....Awesome detective work guys.....I will definitely be using Changelly again in the future....

I had tried several platforms to buy XRP. Changelly was simple and straightforward and I got what I needed done with little time and little cost. Great system!

Excellent and prompt customer service! Will always recommend and use Changelly!
