I'm glad I was using Changelly when I sent nearly $50,000 to the wrong address. I experienced some anxious moments (to say the least) but my dread was alleviated by Changelly's prompt and professional customer service. They told me it could take four weeks to return my wayward investment, but they did it in one!

I chose the fixed rate because the notification said it could take up to 18 hours to complete the transaction for BitcoinSV. The Exchange rate got fixed as the first chain confirmation came in. The transaction took 17 hours to complete, knowing that BItcoinSV hat a 51% attack a few months ago and Changelly needs that much confirmations out of security reasons. To my surprise I got the locked Atom amount transferred to my wallet. I was sceptical after reading the comments in the app store, but for me it was a smooth experience.

I have called on support twice this week and have had both problems resolved within minutes. I wish all exchanges were as customer oriented as Changelly!

I messed up and left off a payment ID for ETN exchange, changelly had the coins within 7 days, I decided against their trade as the value had changed so much, so I opted for a refund which took 3-4 days. I then submitted an exchange with payment ID and had the swap within 1 hour :)

Fast customer service. They got me out of a hole partially of my own making. (lack of practical information from receiving wallet on how to make a deposit). Thank you Changelly team

I'm a crypto newbie and Changelly is my first exchanger. I really enjoy using it. everything is understandable and seems to be transparent. I tried some other ones, but still sticking to this after two attempts!Defenetely reccomend for the new people in cryptocurrenceis

I would definitely recommend using Changelly escpetially to those who love swapping small amounts, the fees are nice the speed is amazing and overall the platform is pretty nice!! Major thanks to the developers of the app
