Don´t know why there is negative feedback, i use Changelly since 1 year and never had any problem. Best side for changing coins!

UPDATE: After 5 days, Changelly was finally able to complete the exchange and, if I wanted a refund, they would cover transaction fees.Personally, I likely won't use the service in the future, but they do deserve recognition for making things right.---Tried to exchange Celo for XLM. 22 hours and 15,800 block confirmations after I sent the requested amount I decided to ask for a refund and Changelly won't refund the whole amount. I have to pay for the refund's transaction fees, even though it was Changelly who failed to complete the exchange.Stay away from these clowns. I'm not going to say it's a scam, because it's not, but this is a really really bad experience and customer support is awful.

These guys are the best no doubt I mistakenly sent my bnb coins without including memo and my transaction wasn't completed because of that error... I contacted their support and they resolved the issue. Good thing was that I received my Bitcoin at higher value cuz of the pump. I love u guys keep up the good work

I trust Changelly and will continue using there services regardless of what fees they take. My situation with Changelly was great I transferred my bnb to eth and didn’t use the memo when I sent the funds. I contacted the company immediately and received a swift response as always. They told me to wait 7 days and they would manually push the transaction. “Do not believe what others say about this company being a scam.”I’ve been using there services for a long time now with no issues. I was a bit impatient but they were understating and insured everything was being taken care of. On the 7th day my funds were recovered.. THANK YOU !!!

Только недавно попался в соцсетях, а он оказывается работает года с 2017. После 2-3 транзакций хороший отзыв сам собой напросился!! Отличный интерфейс, есть перевод на русский и другие языки (не всегда это есть) да и скорость и рейтами приличные. Хорошая альтернатива биржам!!

Obviously there are no flawlss exchanges, but according to my experience this one proved to be the one where pros overweight cons. the speed is great, many pairs and the overall user desing is top!!
