Scam alert. I have been scammed by Changelly for about 5 btc. I have successfully completed kyc. Every time I satisfy a request they demand another. Never ending game. A good way to keep people's coins for themselves. I have been playing this game for over 5 months. I'm hiring a lawyer, no choice. Anyone been victimized by Changelly scam please talk to your lawyer, we will file a joint lawsuit against Changelly and it's owners to make them pay back and stop their scam.Furthermore, after submitting my review I received a request for more information from Changelly. However, when clicking on the link, I get expired link.Coinomi has dropped this fraudulent company from it's app, which is a positive thing. But it's not enough we must file a joint lawsuit to expose this scam and drive them out of business. Please contact me if you are a victim of Changelly scam.

I mistakenly sent native BUSD to Changelly, which they didn't support at the time. There was even a warning (that I skipped) saying these funds my not be able to be retrieved so I thought that money was gone. I opened a ticket and left it at that. Without any prompting from me, I received an email about a month later stating they were working on refunding my transaction. From that point, the correspondence back and forth was courteous and timely and I received my funds back. I won't hesitate to continue using their services.

I have been using changelly recently and everything used to go fine, but today they scammed me for 5000 USDT and asked me to go through KYC which is uncomfortable and when i asked for refund they refused and they states that "before we use their service we agree to their terms of service - KYC policy" which is so unclear, misleading and trapping you.
