I usually don't like writing reviews but this is a combination of a review and testimony. I wrongly transferred money to another network in September 2021 while making an exchange with Changelly. I contacted them and was told it will take time because they do not support that network. I forgot about it but 1yrs plus more later they notified me that they are in the process of recovering the fund. a week later I got a full refund.They kept their promise and that is very hard in the crypto community. These guys are trustworthy.
