Changelly make me loss 7k $, with pendingmy kyc more than 1 year1 year ago, I got trap changelly kyc, they won't accept mykyc after i do withdrawal 50% money.After 6 month my fund Frozen, i also got lost my email which registered in changelly, i try to re kyc, also take video call with changelly team. All fine, then my account already verified, however they said can't change my emailI already provide all my deposit video&photo in changelly, provide my self with id in photo also video call with thenIt seem changelly making costumers difficult to withdrawal, they ask the number registered in my email original changelly, unlucky i really forget, because the number Linked to my email i buy when i was overseas. Now i don't have any idea, they Will never change my email before i give them my number Linked in old email, My account still Frozen till now.
