Wanted to make an exchange crypto>crypto. Changelly asked to pass KYC and provide source of funds which I have done in the same day.Now they keep my funds locked on their side and pretend like they are doing KYC procedure despite it was successfuly passed by me.They provide no time frames for these probably fake procedures.I have written them that I have no intention to wait for their decision without a specific time frames and asked to reverse a transaction. As I am not interested in their services anymore and prefer to use other exchange (FixedFloat recommend) instead.They are refusing to release my crypto back to me.As a sum was big, I think they want to benefit from keeping my funds on their balance by staking it and earn dividends.Even more they refuse to provide legal information of license under which they operate. Therefore I assume they they are neither licensed nor regulated.I will publish all information in public crypto communities to protect others from using such a bad service and show an evidence of their bad behaviour.Before making any exchange with changelly think twice and then use other exchanges instead.
