It's all good until it isn't, we had about $85k exchange in the past month with them and everything was great and we were thinking about using their APIs to allow our users to exchange themselves, the problem was with our last transaction for some reason, the source wallet and the destination wallet was the same as usual and the amount was the same as usual but they decided to stop it for KYC, I filled the forms and done the KYC online BUT that's not enough, it been three days that they been investigating this and they keep saying they can't provide and ETA for when this is going to be resolved, we are considering legal action and would not recommend anyone to use the service, we would no longer be using the service ourselves ever again!Transaction ID: e47h9k2kwbi16z6a
