I've used quite a few companies that do what these guys do and this is my go to. Best way to buy crypto with your debit card and get it quickly. I love the fact that these guys give you choices as to different exchanges where the transaction is made such as simplex and banxa, both great. Moon pay has blocked me so i don't like them but they were best rate consistently

Great support to ease worry!! This is all new to me and I made a mistake and sent the wrong token. The staff was very helpful and prompt in getting my refund and guided me to do it correctly. They quote 20 business days for a refund, but I got mine within 1.5 weeks. Will definately use again as I was very nervous but their 24/7 customer service team helped calm my nerves.

Changelly flagged my wallet as suspicious. I have provided all the KYC as well as confirmation of the source of funds / source of wealth. Then they phished to verify if I own another account, unrelated to this transaction! This is a gross violation of their reach attempting to triangulate funds across multiple accounts. Now they are "investigating" without providing any ETA. Additionally, I have checked both of the addresses against AML risk feed and they are maked as "Low". I sent them the screenshot from SlowMist AML portal which they ignored. At this point I am leaning towards they are holding my funds hostage without a tangible explanation. Do not work with them, they are not professionals. If they cannot tune their AML product they can surely add a human to quickly review the case. Stay away.Update 8/25 - 4th week - no results. ETA unknown for resolution. Considering asset recovery team.Response to Changelly's "response": It's mostly how you approach the matter, and you know it. No details, no ETA, very slow resolution. Understand, if you hold funds for 4 weeks under a Blackbox communication- people come to conclusion *you* are part of a "fraudulent a activity"
