I wanted to exchange my Celo crypto to something else but the transaction didn't go through and I thought I lost my Celo crypto asset. However, I decided to contact Changelly and these guys delivered. They were willing to listen to my case and were prepared to assist me recover my Celo coins. I am pleased to report that I got my coins back and the failed transaction was eventually processed successfully. Changelly is legit and I would highly recommend them!

I mistakenly sent native BUSD to Changelly, which they didn't support at the time. There was even a warning (that I skipped) saying these funds my not be able to be retrieved so I thought that money was gone. I opened a ticket and left it at that. Without any prompting from me, I received an email about a month later stating they were working on refunding my transaction. From that point, the correspondence back and forth was courteous and timely and I received my funds back. I won't hesitate to continue using their services.

I have been using changelly recently and everything used to go fine, but today they scammed me for 5000 USDT and asked me to go through KYC which is uncomfortable and when i asked for refund they refused and they states that "before we use their service we agree to their terms of service - KYC policy" which is so unclear, misleading and trapping you.

Not a lot of money, only about 21 Polkadot (around $140).I made the transfer, Changelly transaction ID is: s272ht1dwsmvponr.However, I did not get the Solana.During this week I called multiple times to their support, and they keep telling me to be patient. They argue that the problem is in their partner.Well, your partner is not my concern! I transferred to you, not to your partner.It has been a week, and I hear nothing from them.My opinion is that they did not want to cheat me. They are simply lazy.As long as everything goes smoothly, it’s OK. But if there is a problem, they just don’t care, and do not take responsibility for their customers.

It's easy and painless; the fees don't make my face cringe or anything. easy way to get around all the hoops you have to jump through to convert assets these days

I feel compelled to write this review due to my personal experience with Changelly.com. I honestly thought I lost my $530 investment when trying to rush a transaction using the Changelly app, after seeing the transaction not make it to my desired wallet location, I waited, and waited for several hours before deciding to contact Changelly, and although the responses were all through email they never missed a beat and were able to track down the problem I created and resolved it within a short period. In less than two days, prob a 24 hour span they were able to resolve my mishap and process the original transaction. Kudos to Changelly.com and their staff. 5 Stars !
