I have used Changelly for several crypto conversions in the past with no issue. A few months ago I made a mistake, however, and sent them funds via a chain they did not yet support for conversions (BNB). I emailed them and they promised to get back to me once support is implemented, but I assumed my money was gone. To my surprise, they have made good on their promise, and months after the fact contacted me to make sure they can refund my correct address, and have done so. Very positive experience, and definitely not expected in the crypto space.

I accidentally sent a BEP-20 crypto to a ERC-20 address last year. When I contacted Changelly then, they did not have the capability to refund me the money at that time. A YEAR LATER, they contacted me to help me resolve the issue! The amount was not insignificant ($1000) so I very much appreciate the gesture and effort. I highly recommend, these guys can be trusted and can get the job done!

Hello friends, I would like to share a little review about changelly.Approximately 1 year ago I changed 600 busd to Eth and the transaction failed... After reviewing I realized that I sent the funds to a different network by mistake, I had sent the funds to BSC, when I had to send to the ETHEREUM network.
